Reusing materials saves resources and reduces waste. In the interest of giving old or unused items a second chance, Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH)central purchasing department provides two resource-saving options for employees. Please note: The items are generally in good, used condition and are to be used exclusively for work at LUH. Private use is excluded.
Office furniture that is no longer in use will be temporarily stored in LUH's central furniture warehouse for possible reuse. If you are interested in furniture, you can contact the central purchasing department. If necessary, they will arrange for furniture from the furniture warehouse to be reused.
Electrical equipment such as monitors, laptops, compressors or other equipment from the institutes or central facilities can be arranged via the old equipment exchange. The list with the current inventory can be found here.
