- Abstract
Urbanization poses new challenges for regional site management. To exploit synergies between companies and municipalities they should consider themselves as development partners in site planning and development. For that purpose, an adequate planning approach has been developed within the DFG research project „MetroPlant“. The aim of this paper is to present the results of an empirical study, pointing out how to integrate the latter into the planning approach.
