Abstract

The contributions to this edited volume which is dedicated to Prof. Dr. Christiane Lemke reflect on the transatlantic relations from a historical as well as contemporary perspective. Next to the effects of populist tendencies in the US and Europe, the authors also discuss developments in the respective scientific communities and culture.
